Are you eligible to apply for the MRCEM Exam?
Any candidate with a GMC-approved medical qualification can apply for the MRCEM Primary Exam. The exam is conducted in English. You don’t need to have specific experience in emergency medicine.
Candidates are advised to have a Level 7 or above IELTS score. If you have qualified for the primary stage, candidates can apply for the next levels, which are MRCEM Intermediate and MRCEM OSCE.

The candidates can make their payments by submitting checks or card payments. The MRCEM primary examination fee is £330. Candidates who are taking exams from overseas exam centres need to pay additional local fees.
The fee scheduled for MRCEM SBA is £335. If you are a candidate applying for the MRCEM (OSCE) Objective Structured Clinical Examination, the fees will be £450. The fees vary depending on the country. For candidates from India, the fee is fixed at £650 and for those who are from Malaysia, it will be £750.
